Job Description
7thingsmedia is looking for a SEO Account Manager to join our account management team, working across a portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a confident SEO Executive looking to take the next step at an award-winning digital media agency or a current SEO Account Manager striving for more recognition within a progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Team management – mentor and train your team in-line with company and HR objectives and carry-out regular development conversations and performance reviews.
- Day to day responsibility for directing team activity according to performance on accounts and customer satisfaction.
- Overall responsibility for operational running of accounts within your portfolio.
- Monitor time reporting for your team to ensure effective allocation of resource in-line with customer segmentation and overall efficiency goals.
- Undertake monthly to quarterly face to face meetings with senior client & publisher contacts.
- Undertake and deliver quarterly business reviews on key customer accounts and contribute to quarterly business reviews on other customers across your team as deemed relevant.
- Take an active role in new business pitches.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets for new business revenue across your portfolio (publisher and advertiser) are upheld and exceeded.
- Maximise synergies between SEO and other media channels (affiliates, display, lead generation, PPC & ATL).

Candidate Requirements
- Educated to a degree level
- Experienced with MS Office
- Analytical skills
- Excellent time management and co-ordination skills
- High Education qualifications (Maths & English)
- Business, marketing, finance, business information technology degree (or related subjects) with 2:1 grade or above
- Understanding of the different online marketing channels
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Positive outlook and proven ability to handle pressure
