The Role

Based in the centre of Brighton, SiteVisibility is an award-winning digital marketing agency specialising in organic, paid and social digital marketing; we need an organised and ambitious digital marketer to support our Sales and Marketing departments.

What do we want from you? Well, you’ll need to have undeniable experience in sales and marketing, a love for online and live events like BrightonSEO and the Content Marketing Show with an innate ability to communicate effectively. You’ll have to be a dab hand with a database too. This year we are planning to refresh our branding as well as launch a new website; two important projects you’ll have an instrumental role.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce management (The company Sales Leads management system)

  • Lead, prospect and contact management and reporting, ensuring that the first contact with our Company is inspiring
  • Configuration of automated Saleforce reporting
  • Contact management using the Pure360 email platform
Events – including our involvement in the BrightonSEO, Content Marketing Show, Measurefest, Biddable World shows

  • Creation of promotional material
  • Organise exhibition delivery and set-up
  • Co-ordinate website content, before, during and after event
  • Co-ordinate social media promotion
  • Co-ordinate client lunches and ticket allocations/ invites
Webinar management

  • Content creation – plan webinar content and dates
  • Promotion – create and send out invitations
  • Organise our team and their increased involvement
  • Business skills – deliver monthly revenue driving webinars
WordPress Website management

  • Content writing, upload and promotion via SEO, Social, Email
  • Event promotion
  • Creation of new pages and copy for website
  • Update jobs, case study and events pages
  • Job posting and promotion

    Assisting with a variety of ad-hoc activities including:

    • Email marketing and the company newsletter
    • Assist with blog posts, podcasts and case studies, as and when necessary
    • Assisting with SiteVisibility award submissions
    • Branded Merchandise – assisting with the creation and distribution of corporate gifts/merchandise

    Key Skills

    • Proven experience with the use and management of customer database / CRM system (Salesforce is preferable)
    • Possess a passion for our clients’ industries and an ability to identify new opportunities for SiteVisibility
    • Organised, meticulous and unflappable
    • Customer focused with top-notch presentation, organisational and communication skills, capable of explaining digital marketing issues to non-technical audiences
    • An understanding of the sales cycle would also be advantageous
